Overview
Luce is a series of small side tables by Giulio Cappellini and Antonio Facco, made of extra-clear stratified coloured glass. It comes in three sizes and a fixed set of colours. Cappellini says volumes are emphasised through transparency, playful use of colour and refracted nuances.
Construction
Each table is built from 5 sheets of coloured and laminated extra-clear glass, with transparent silicone rubber feet. The feet can be fixed at the customer's discretion. With the open side up, frontal or lateral, the table can serve as a container for objects or magazines.

Story
Glass, colour and new uses
Luce dates from 2017. Cappellini describes it as the result of expertise, creativity and a sensibility for experimenting with new uses of materials while keeping an essential design.
An open side
The tables can be placed with the open side toward the floor, or with it facing up, to the front or to the side, so they can hold objects or magazines. Cappellini states that Luce is Greenguard Gold certified.
