Lielow Bed

Overview

The LieLow bed is a 2026 design by Faye Toogood for Poltrona Frau. Construction

The headboard structure is poplar and beech plywood with MDF panels, padded with polyurethane foam in several densities and polyester wadding. Spruce blockboard forms the footboard and the side rails, and a light padding wraps the whole base. The two front feet are cylindrical aluminium, padded and covered in leather; the semi-circular headboard reaches the floor on two supports of poplar plywood and MDF.

A bed that floats

The sheet presents a large, cloud-like bed that embraces softness. LieLow celebrates relaxed comfort through chubby, supple lines and gently gathered upholstery, and the leather naturally crinkles; resting on stubby feet, the bed appears to float.
