Lawrence Clan

Overview

Lawrence "Clan" is the group of elements of the Lawrence system with one-piece seats stitched in graphic, square-shaped designs. Minotti says their well-defined shapes suit compositions with a more dynamic and informal interpretation of the living room.

Construction

Solid wood with elastic webbing and layered polyurethane foam, a quilted fibre cover on white cotton, goose down lumbar and backrest cushions, and a Black-Nickel metal perimeter frame on a matt Black base.

Embroidery, reinterpreted

Minotti describes the one-piece seats of the "Clan" elements as an example of drawing on tradition to bring new vitality to an ancient technique like embroidery, through an unhesitatingly contemporary interpretation of style.
