Description
Overview
Constance Frapolli's Lauze occasional table is made entirely from solid ash. Ligne Roset identifies the perpendicular positioning of the legs as its distinctive construction.
Material and finish
The square top and substantial supports share a brushed finish that retains the ash as the sole stated material. The legs meet at right angles beneath the top, creating different elevations around the table.
Dimensions
The occasional table measures 550 x 550 x 450 mm (W x D x H) and weighs 25 kg. These values refer to the compact occasional-table configuration shown on the official page.
Story
Solid ash throughout
Lauze does not combine a wood top with a separate metal base: the official description specifies solid ash for the complete table. The brushed treatment is applied across the horizontal and vertical surfaces.
Perpendicular supports
Rather than four conventional legs, the supports are placed perpendicular to one another. The 550 mm square top and 450 mm height give the piece a compact footprint beside upholstered seating.
