Description

Overview

Constance Frapolli designed the Indiscret desk for Ligne Roset as a hybrid product, both a secretaire and a dressing table. Its name partly comes from the extra clear glass top, which shows the contents of each drawer.

Construction

The base is steel with a “dark bronze” lacquer. The top is extra clear tempered glass over the two drawers, which are American walnut veneered MDF with natural varnish and have compartments for tablets, notebooks, pens or brushes, combs and hair accessories. Two moulded aluminium handles carry the same “dark bronze” lacquer in a satin finish.

Specifications

Overall size: 1,100 x 550 x 750 mm (W x D x H), weight 46.8 kg.

Story

A secretaire that is also a dressing table

Constance Frapolli designed Indiscret for Ligne Roset as a hybrid of secretaire and dressing table. The name partly comes from the glass top, which is extra clear and lets the contents of each drawer be seen.

Glass over compartmented drawers

The two drawers are American walnut veneered MDF with natural varnish, and their compartments are made for tablets, notebooks, pens or brushes, combs and hair accessories. They sit under a top of extra clear tempered glass, on a base of steel lacquered “dark bronze”.
