Description

Overview

The Ressac Low table is a low table by Constance Frapolli for Ligne Roset. Its central part is finely hollowed out and its top is divided into four parts, like flat pebbles.

Construction

The base is black lacquered steel with a satin finish. The four tops have rounded edges: Carrara marble with a honed finish, Marquina marble with a polished finish, Rosso Levante marble with a polished finish and blocked pore Travertine with a honed finish. All tops have a water-repellent treatment.

Specifications

Overall size: 993 x 916 x 360 mm (W x D x H). Weight: 50.1 kg.

Story

Seaside beaches

Ressac takes its organic inspiration from seaside beaches. The central part is finely hollowed out, and the top is split into four parts, like flat pebbles, giving a mixture of colours and textures.

Four marbles

Each pebble is cut from a different marble: Carrara, Rosso Levante, Marquina and Travertine. The choice evokes the diversity and beauty of coastal shores. A sober, discreet black metal base blends in and sets off the richness of the marbles.
