Description

Modular elements

Kasbah Outdoor is a system of seating elements in different dimensions. A solid teak supporting frame uses a solid teak supporting frame, an inset black milled HPL seat panel and moulded recycled and regenerated polyamide supports fixed with stainless-steel screws.

Outdoor upholstery

Backrests and cushions use open-cell polyurethane foam with recycled microflock and draining fabric covers. Upholstery is specified in outdoor fabrics and is fully removable with zips and hook-and-loop fastenings. The stated seat depth is 65 cm.

Story

A 2021 design

Kasbah Outdoor is a 2021 design by David Lopez Quincoces. The design is conceived as a set of modular elements rather than one fixed sofa.

Composition logic

A central bracket joins the elements and also accommodates the solid teak feet. The system includes terminal, central, bench, corner, footrest and backrest-bearing elements, allowing the system to be assembled in multiple configurations.
