Full Moon
Edra describes Full Moon as a table made from alabaster cut as a very thick slice from an egg-shaped mass of extremely pure material. The stone is lit from within, allowing the light to reveal the differences in its veins. Every top has a different appearance, with irregular shapes making each piece unique. A shiny metal pedestal supports the translucent stone and gives the illuminated table its full-moon reference. The page’s image of a moon is tied to the illuminated translucent material, while the irregular vein pattern remains a natural distinction between individual tops. Edra presents the table through authorized dealers.
Story
Stone and light
Full Moon depends on the relationship between translucent alabaster and internal illumination. Jacopo Foggini is credited by Edra. The top is cut from an egg-shaped mass, and the natural veins become visible as the light passes through the stone. A shiny metal pedestal carries the slab. The official page provides no labelled dimensions for a representative table.
