Diagramma Wood Console

Overview

The Diagramma Wood Console is a console table by Giampiero Tagliaferri for Minotti, part of the Diagramma Wood range of complementary furnishings. Its design takes the principles of the Diagramma collection into a more compact vertical proportion.

Construction

The top is MDF carrying a reconstituted Palisander veneer; the stain is Dark Brown and the lacquer is a matt polyester finish. Its edge is trimmed in curved MDF with the same veneer. The front has an open compartment and a drawer, and the drawer opening sits in the lower part of the front. The legs are curved polished stainless steel, 12 mm thick, with adjustable ABS feet.

A compact console in the Diagramma Wood range

Diagramma Wood is a family of complementary furnishings that originates in the design research of the Diagramma collection and reinterprets its principles in a new functional articulation. The console tables are conceived as coordinated elements of that family, shaped in a more compact vertical proportion.

Veneered top, steel legs, drawer

The veneered MDF top has an open compartment and a drawer on its front, with the drawer opening in the lower part of the front. The drawer interior carries the same finish as its exterior. Under the top, curved polished stainless steel legs carry adjustable ABS feet.
