Description
Overview
The Cab 410 is a stool by Mario Bellini for Cassina. The sheet reads "Designed by Mario Bellini, 2008", the page "Design by Mario Bellini, 2008". Cassina's page headline for it is "Timeless sophistication", and the page says the stool comes in 2 heights.
Construction
The sheet gives the stool a black coated tubular steel frame, a seat shell in black plastic, padding of flexible cold-moulded polyurethane foam, a leather cover whose colours follow the price list, black plastic feet with or without adhesive felt, and a footrest bar in black coated steel. The page lists a self-supporting saddle-hide structure.

Story
Two heights and a slim version
The sheet says that a family of stools has been developed from the original Cab model over the years. The range is now available in 2 heights and in a new slim version with a lower backrest, which the sheet presents as more versatile for home use and for public areas and bars.
Leathers
According to the sheet, all versions are also available in the new Plus leathers in pure aniline. The sheet shows four leather swatches for the stool: brown, briar root saddle leather, Russian red saddle leather and black saddle leather.
