Description
Overview
The Bob Square Small Table is the square-topped version of the Bob side table by Jean-Marie Massaud for Poltrona Frau. Its top is finished in Canaletto walnut, Pelle Frau® leather, or polished or semi-gloss marble, and it stands on a steel cross base.
Construction
- Upper leg: steel, with a collar insert that follows the top; with a marble top the upper leg is upholstered in matching leather
- Leg base: steel in gunmetal, ruthenium or burnished finish, with protective plastic caps
- Walnut top: Canaletto walnut (29) veneer on a birch plywood core
- Leather top: a birch plywood core wrapped in Pelle Frau® ColorSphere® leather
- Marble top: reinforced underneath with a technical mesh
Story
Square top, Bob base
Here a square top in walnut, leather or marble rests on the steel cross base typical of Bob tables. Jean-Marie Massaud pairs wood, leather and marble with steel, aiming for a self-confident formal result.
Beautiful simplicity
