Story
Hunting cabin theme
Mogensen presented the chair at the Copenhagen Cabinetmakers' Guild Furniture Exhibition in 1950, as part of his 'hunting cabin theme'. The chair is accompanied by the matching BM1160 Hunting Table.
Back on the market
Carl Hansen & Søn reintroduced the Huntsman Chair in 2019, seven decades after it was designed. The company says the chair helped define Mogensen's style.
