Description
Overview
Studio MK27 extends the Bézier seating system into a fluid dining table whose asymmetric top encourages visual contact around it.
Construction
A metal framework clad in 2 mm sheet metal forms the compact support and encloses a concrete counterweight. Tops are offered in wood, quartzite, marble or travertine.
Specifications
- Wood-top reference: 240 × 140 cm
- Largest vertical drawing figure: 74 cm
- Single or paired bases according to size
Story
A parametric reference
The table takes its name and formal cue from Pierre Bézier's curve. Studio MK27 uses changing radii and a free outline rather than a conventional rectangle.

From seating to dining
Minotti presents the table as an evolution of its Bézier seating system, preserving a dialogue between a compact base and an apparently lighter surface.
