Overview

The Archibald stool with wood base is a stool by Jean-Marie Massaud in Poltrona Frau's Archibald line. It has a four-legged ash base in two seat heights, 66 cm and 75 cm, fixed or swivel, and a seat covered in Pelle Frau® leather or fabric.

Construction

The backrest shell is moulded rigid polyurethane; inside it, soft moulded polyurethane and polyester provide the padding. The seat frame is birch plywood, joined to the base by an apron, and the base carries a stainless steel footrest.
