Overview

Construction

• Back and side panels with an organic fibreboard core, connected with zip fasteners, under a quilted cover with polyester-fibre padding
• Tubular steel frame, chrome-plated or powder-coated (smooth); steel legs on felt glides, optionally lockable castors
• Lounge upholstery: seat height 485 mm; Work upholstery: seat height 480 mm
• Covers are removable

Panels that shelter

Vitra describes the Highback sofa as a place where the sitter is shielded from sight and sound, and two of them set face to face enclose a small space of their own. The Lowback sofa trades that enclosure for easier conversation.

Cushions and covers

The Fauteuil and Love Seat come with one back cushion, the 2-Seater and 3-Seater with two. An optional cushion set adds two armrest cushions of 600 x 400 mm and back cushions sized to the sofa; Vitra Cushions are offered as a complement. Seven cover materials are listed: Laser RE, Volo, Cosy 2, Tress, Cento, Credo and Track.
