Alcove Plus Paravent is a portable partition made specifically for Alcove Plus Sofa, Work and Desk. One- and two-part versions attach to a furniture side panel with a zip.

Construction
The tall padded screen uses a textile cover and supporting legs. Vitra explicitly states that it is not free-standing and must be used with compatible Alcove Plus furniture.

Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec designed the Paravent in 2021 as an accessory that changes the boundary of Alcove Plus settings.
Dependent by design
Rather than behaving as an independent room divider, it relies on a side panel for support. This makes the connection condition essential when it is specified.
