Note (design studio), written Note Design Studio on some product sheets, has been based in Stockholm since 2008. &Tradition names Johannes Carlström and Cristiano Pigazzini as its founders; the studio's own site lists them as founding partners. It works across architecture, interiors, product design, graphic design and art direction.
Signature Style
&Tradition says the studio shies away from one clear visual identity but puts functionality at the heart of every piece, imagining each design in a variety of settings and uses to find the right expression, proportions and materials.
