Background
Louise Liljencrantz is a Stockholm-based interior and furniture designer. She was born and raised in Stockholm and founded her eponymous studio, Liljencrantz Design, in 2009. The studio takes on private and commercial projects and describes itself as an award-winning international interior design studio.
Signature Style
Her studio works with long-lasting natural materials and good craftsmanship and balances mid-century modern influences with a contemporary language. Her furniture and home accessories reflect a belief in premium materials and simple silhouettes, and &Tradition says that her love of strong lines and warm textures shows in Margas.
Notable Works
In 2017 she and KFK Cabinet Makers founded the furniture collection Veermakers, and she also works under Liljencrantz x K.F.K Master Cabinet Makers. For &Tradition she designed the Margas series (2022 and 2024).
Legacy
