Constance Frapolli was born in 1991 and graduated in interior architecture and design from the école Camondo in 2016. She lives in Paris, where she works on a range of projects as part of a design studio.
Signature Style
Her own projects use the object to tell a story, with shapes, materials and function serving the environment. She works on striking a balance between functionality and emotion, which gives her pieces a poetic yet practical character. Glimpses, ironies, metaphors and images are part of her play, and her designs are built around recognisable realms.
Notable Works
Her rug Mémoire d'une Trame was her first collaboration with Ligne Roset. Her Ligne Roset creations also include the Soufflé footstool, the Ressac low table, the Lauze occasional and low tables, the Biscotto pedestal tables in low and high versions and the Sucre occasional tables.
Legacy
Her Ligne Roset range extends to rugs, cushions, mirrors, wall hooks and lighting.
