Sett

Origin

Sett is a series of tables by Luca Nichetto for &Tradition, presented in a press release of February 2024. It has three models: the side table LN11 and the coffee tables LN12 and LN13, which the release describes as square and rectangular tables joined by a smaller square side table.

Design Language

The release traces the name to the "setting" of gems in jewellery. The release combines marble, glass and a dark chrome frame, and says that the slim legs give the tops a floating effect. Nichetto grew up on the island of Murano, which the release calls the glass-making capital of the world.
