Ita

Origin

Ita is a family of six wooden pieces by OEO Studio for &Tradition. The product pages of OS1 to OS6 list them together under the heading Ita Collection and print the year 2025: two dining tables, two coffee tables and two benches.

Design Language

The page for the dining tables describes two single planks that sit across wide wooden legs, a lesson in constructed minimalism that crosses the boundary between Scandinavian and Japanese design philosophies. The coffee tables are described as low and visually weighty, an open plane for books and objects that translates the Ita identity into coffee-table form. The benches are presented as a cohesive extension of the collection, built for function and with an emphasis on natural materials, in two sizes.
