Collection Story
Origin
Islands is a Living Divani collection by Stephen Burks. The family of free-standing storage units carries the date 2019, and the Islands Low Table, a set of coffee tables, is dated 2020.
Design Language
Both pieces are wrapped in a perimeter of slats that pivot on a central point, so the unit can be reached from several sides and can look either compact or airy. Tops come in black lacquer, wood veneer or marble over a structure in matt black.
