Collection Story
Origin
Hyg is Simon Legald's furniture family for Normann Copenhagen, built around the Danish idea of hygge. It began in 2018 as a lounge series of a sofa, armchairs and a footstool, and in 2020 a dining chair and barstool joined it.
Design Language
The manufacturer describes soft lines, encircling contours and a concave shape, with upholstery and leg type changing the look of each piece.
