Fiorile

Origin

Roberto Lazzeroni designed the Fiorile side tables for Poltrona Frau. He drew tables in rectangular, triangular and square shapes, one of them with two table tops, each different from the next and meant to be combined freely.

Design Language

Soft, almost organic forms with rounded corners define the series. Because the tables are set at different heights, grouping several of them creates geometric effects that differ every time and gives the space movement and elegance.

Each base is solid ash stained moka or wenge, with a characteristic triangular cross-section. Wood tops are birch plywood under stained ash veneer, worked with a cross-grain inlay, marble tops are backed by a technical mesh under the stone and come brilliant, with a clear polyester coat, or semi-brilliant, with a water-repellent protective solution, and leather tops are birch plywood upholstered in Pelle Frau® ColorSphere®. The dual-shelf table has felt pads under the base, and the other tables have plastic caps.
