Collection Story
Origin
Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec designed Baguette for Magis. The Baguette table is dated 2011 and the Baguette Desk 2021.
Design Language
The table is large and rectangular, made of two elements: an opaque top and an aluminium base. Because the structure was kept to a minimum of aluminium, the heavy top rests on only four chopstick-looking feet.
Key Pieces
The Baguette table (2011) offers glass, Fenix laminate, oak veneered MDF, Carrara marble and Italian ardesia slate tops. The Baguette Desk (2021) has a Fenix laminate top with an ABS edge.
