Collection Story
Origin
Asia is a sofa and armchair collection by Piero Lissoni for Kartell. Kartell introduces it as a seating system of two- and three-seater sofas and an armchair, with the seat kept compact and enveloping.
Design Language
The cushions rest on a metal tray, and Kartell sets its precise lines against the softness of the upholstery. The family covers Cotone Plain, Panamino, Bouclé New and Cotone Structure fabrics in twenty colours, a full-grain leather version and an outdoor variant with a white painted frame.
