Ferm Living is a Danish design brand founded in 2006 and based in Copenhagen, where its head office and its own Ferm Living Boutique are located. From Copenhagen the company collaborates with partners around the world, fusing what it calls its Scandinavian mindset with global skills and craft traditions.

Philosophy

The brand's core story starts from the idea that life is full of contrasts, and that people long for a balanced life with room to be themselves. Driven by a love for authentic design and a commitment to responsible choices, Ferm Living sets out to craft honest products and calm environments. Its collections are defined by soft forms, rich textures and curious details. Responsibility is central to how it designs, develops and delivers products: it publishes annual Responsibility Reports, uses hotspot analyses and certified materials, and offers a range of certified products.

Today

Ferm Living creates collections of furniture, accessories and lighting, sold through its own web shops, showrooms and retailers worldwide. Furniture and lighting account for half of its revenue; Germany is its largest market, followed by the US and the UK, where it opened a showroom in Clerkenwell, London in 2026.
