Construction
A natural-finish wooden frame carries the slats, which are natural beech. The slat holders, in SBS, are fitted to the inside of the frame and left free to oscillate. The balancing mechanism combines a steel wire, steel springs, a steel bolt covered in Teflon and nylon parts, and the frame allows the rigidity under the lower back to be regulated.

Story
Pressure balanced by the base
Zefiro works on the principle of pressure balance: every pressure exerted on the bed is balanced at once and evenly. With the pressure eased, the user can lie back and relax completely.
A system of opposing thrusts
The system of opposing thrusts guarantees total comfort. The balancing side of the base is formed by a steel wire, steel springs, a steel bolt covered in Teflon and nylon parts.
