Description
Chair and little armchair
The York page covers an armless chair and an armed little armchair. The selected little-armchair drawing prints 67, 60 and 90 cm without axis labels.

Upholstered shell and base
A metal seat with elastic straps is cold-foamed in fire-resistant polyurethane. The seat cushion combines channelled goose down with a high-density polyurethane insert. Minotti specifies protective Hytrel glides under the curved base.
Story
One continuous design movement
Minotti presents the York chair and little armchair as closely connected forms, inspired by the lines of design from the 1950s and 1960s. Rodolfo Dordoni combines the upholstered shells with a curved solid-ash base whose leg thickness varies along its length. York appears within Minotti's 2012 Collection edition rather than with a stated design year.
