Overview
Shibuleru designed Ticino for Living Divani in 2022. It is a compact, stackable chair with an aerodynamic profile that works as a dining or office chair in its various material combinations.
Construction
The chair is made of solid ashwood with a weaved seat in "emptied" plywood. The seat weaving uses a cellulose cord, or the seat can instead be padded with an expanded polyurethane sheet covered in acrylic fibre layers. The covering is fabric, leather or Cuoietto and comes off completely through divisible zippers. The floor support is plastic, with interchangeable tips in black plastic or felt to suit the floor.
