LT1 dimensions

The official LT1 drawing prints 209, 81 and 75 cm (axes not labelled on the drawing), with a further 43 cm on the side view.

Construction

Two hard polyurethane shells, internal and external, sit on a tubular-steel support frame. The internal shell is padded with flexible cold-shaped polyurethane foam, thermoplastic ferrules and a Gamma leather cover complete the build.

Story

Armchair and chaise longue in one

The manufacturer says Terminal 1 combines the two functions and possesses the essential elements of a floating sculpture. A strong aptitude for experimentation is credited with its fluid shapes.

Glossy frame, matt leather

B&B Italia points to an exquisite balance between the seats and the metal support, and to a striking contrast between the glossy frame and the matt leather cover. That contrast enhances the sophistication of the monochrome appearance.
