Story

Rethinking the archetypal stool

Everyone knows the three-legged stool, and its design is often taken for granted. Rethinking something as simple as a stool was the starting point for Normann Copenhagen's Tap Stool, which Simon Legald designed with original materials and details.

A seat that feels upholstered

The moulded seat ensures good seating comfort and gives the stool the same welcoming warmth known from upholstered furniture, and the integrated legs make it look like a unified whole from the side.
