Description
Adjustable headboard
Stand By Me is a bed by Francesco Binfaré with two independently adjustable Smart Cushions integrated into the headboard. Edra presents them as supports for sleeping, resting, reading or watching television.
Upholstered structure
The official sheet specifies a metal and wood structure, polyurethane-foam padding and a wood mattress-support panel covered with Lycra. The structure is upholstered in fabrics from Edra's collection.
STM011 size
For a 160 × 200 cm mattress, the STM011 drawing gives an overall width of 195 cm, a variable overall depth of 240–268 cm and a height of 108 cm.
Story
Two cushions, separate positions
Francesco Binfaré's headboard places two Smart Cushions side by side so each can be tilted separately. Their movement changes how the bed supports different activities.
Softness around the full structure
Edra carries the padding around the whole structure rather than limiting it to the headboard. The product page connects those generous volumes with a simple outline intended to work in different interiors.
