Description

Overview

Side is a coffee table with a strong textural impression, created by the unconventional combination of marble and saddle hide. Four panels embrace the top, covered in saddle hide and distinguished by a light profile, with visible stitching marking its perimeter.

Construction

The structure has a black laminate interior and an exterior of MDF panels clad in saddle hide. The recessed top is Stone Grey marble (16 mm thick, glossy transparent polyester coating), Zebrino marble (16 mm thick) or tempered Black backpainted glass (6 mm thick). Underneath, an MDF base in matt Black lacquer rests on adjustable feet.

Specifications

The table is square or rectangular.

Story

Marble set into saddle hide

Side pairs stone or glass with saddle hide. The top sits recessed within four hide-covered panels, and a light profile with visible stitching marks the perimeter of the frame.

A satellite of the West seating system

Rodolfo Dordoni designed Side with an obvious sartorial style, as a satellite of the West seating system. It also stands alone or in other arrangements, in square or rectangular formats.
