Story
From design to product
Zanotta's text describes a stable base with little footprint, a thin pole with a knob at the top and a round little table at an ideal height, and calls it the worthy heir of Franco Albini's Cicognino.
From the Splügen Bräu
The text traces the family to the ashtray and umbrella stands the Castiglioni brothers designed as furniture for the Splügen Bräu pub and restaurant in Milan in 1961.
