Overview
Rely HW128-HW132 is a set of five counter chairs by Hee Welling, dated 2026 on the &Tradition page. Each puts the Rely shell on a footrest-braced wooden base, and the page shows the oak version HW128.

Construction
The shell is recycled polypropylene with fibreglass, moulded by injection. Legs and footrest rail are made of solid oak or walnut, lacquered with a water-based product, and the seat carrier is veneered MDF. Plastic gliders are fitted.

Counter height on a wooden frame
The &Tradition text describes the Rely counter and bar models as reimagined with a wooden base in lacquered oak or walnut. HW128-HW132 is the Counter Chair group of that update.
What separates the five
HW128 and HW129 are listed without a foam seat, and their weights are 6.2 kg and 7 kg. HW130, HW131 and HW132 add a glued foam seat with textile or leather covering, and weigh 6.7 kg, 7.8 kg and 7.8 kg. Only HW128 has the lower 650 mm seat height.
