Rely HW123-HW127

Overview

Rely HW123-HW127 is the bar-height group of the wooden-base Rely stools, drawn by Hee Welling and dated 2026 on the &Tradition page. Five codes share one silhouette: a moulded shell raised on four slender wooden legs joined by a footrest frame.

Construction

Solid oak or walnut forms the legs and footrest, lacquered with a water-based lacquer. A veneered MDF carrier supports the recycled polypropylene and fibreglass shell. The assembly uses steel screws, and plastic glides protect the floor.

The tall end of the wooden-base range

The page says the counter and bar stools of the series were redone on a wooden base in lacquered oak or lacquered walnut. HW123-HW127 are the bar versions, which add 100 mm to the overall height of the counter group while keeping the same footprint.

Plain and upholstered codes

HW123 is the bare shell, and the four codes after it are described with an upholstered seat insert. Their weights range from 4.5 kg to 5.2 kg depending on the code.
