Overview
The Pyro Coffee Table by Sylvain Willenz for HAY is a minimalistic coffee table for both indoor and outdoor use. Its circular symmetry and simplicity use scaled proportions to create a sense of balance.
Construction
A solid porcelain tabletop with a glaze sits on a steel tube column and base finished in powder coat. The steel is finished in two steps, a primer followed by an outdoor powder coating, which forms a barrier against corrosive elements. Because of the production process, the dimensions of each individual tabletop may vary by 1-2 cm. The table is flat packed and requires assembly.
