Description
Overview
The Portofino page presents an armchair and a bergère with, in Minotti's words, a classic design with a contemporary twist. Both seats are small, comfortable, and offered on fixed or swivel bases. The simple styling is emphasised by the "horse stitched" seams, which come in four colours.

Story
Sartorial detailing
Minotti ties the intentionally simple styling to tailoring details, chiefly the "horse stitched" seams. The stitched seam on the armchair side can contrast with the cover or be similar to it, and the seam colours are white, black, brown or sand.
Two seats on one page
The page treats the armchair and the bergère together, as two seats that share small dimensions and great comfort. The drawings show the bergère taller and deeper than the armchair, and the swivel versions are drawn with a 360 degree turn.
