Construction

The armchair has a structuring base in polyether foam (28 kg/m³), while the seat and back use Bultex, a high resilience polyurethane foam (38 kg/m³). Goose feathers (85% feathers, 15% down) fill the cushions, which have a compartmented liner. The cover is fully removable and quilted with polyester.

Specifications

1,020 x 980 x 780 mm (W x D x H), seat height 400 mm.

Story

Plumy by Annie Hiéronimus

Ligne Roset credits the Plumy armchair to Annie Hiéronimus, who was born in Paris and joined the Roset Bureau d'Etudes in 1976. Its structure is made from glued-together blocks of polyether foam and Bultex polyurethane foam of different densities.

Cushions and cover

Plumy's back cushions may be angled, and its seat cushions may be unfolded into a chaise longue position. The reverse of the cushions comes in two versions, in cloth or upholstered in the main covering material, and the zips come in a choice of 3 colours.
