Pavilion AV8

Overview

The Pavilion AV8 is the upholstered counter-height version of the Pavilion chair, designed by Anderssen & Voll and dated 2018 by &Tradition. A wood veneer back is paired with a padded seat, both raised on a slim steel-tube frame.

Construction

The frame uses bent steel tubes with a black base finish. The veneer back is lacquered; the seat is padded with HR foam and wrapped in fabric or leather. The backrest front has black fittings, with brass offered as a request item, and the feet take plastic glides.

Adding upholstery to the Pavilion profile

The Pavilion range pairs wood veneer with steel tubes. AV8 has a lacquered veneer back and a seat padded with HR foam under its upholstery.

Covered in fabric or leather

&Tradition says the seat can be ordered with many fabrics and leathers. For customer-supplied cloth the fact sheet sets aside 0.45 m from a 140 cm wide roll, or 0.55 m2 of hide, and any such material needs &Tradition approval first.
