Parka Ottoman

Overview

The Parka ottoman, called a pouf on the Poltrona Frau page, is the footstool of the Parka seating range by Draga & Aurel. The page says it echoes the soft, welcoming contours of the whole collection, and the company's April 2025 press release lists the pouf, together with a new concave corner, among the additions to the range that year. Its code is 5PF0069300002.

Construction

The sheet for the Parka range gives cut polyurethane foam padding, elastic strap suspension and solid beech feet painted black. Upholstery is Pelle Frau® leather, with a two-tone option, or a leather and fabric pairing split between base and cushion block. The stitching is tone-on-tone, and a fabric cover can be removed.

An extension of the seating area

The page places the pouf in front of the sofa, where it extends the seating area and makes the arrangement more comfortable. It names two pairings: a three-seater sofa, or a rounded armchair, whose generous proportions the pouf reflects.

Two upholstery systems

According to the page, the pouf is available fully in Pelle Frau® leather or as a mix of leather and fabric. The sheet explains the split: the first upholstery goes on the base and structure and the second on the cushion block, with ColorSphere®, Nest, Soulful or Velvety as the leather. A two-tone leather version carries a 5% surcharge on the price of the leather category.

The 2025 collection, called The Five Seasons and shown at Milan Design Week, is described in Poltrona Frau's press release as developing the Parka model with a new concave corner and a pouf.
