Overview

Morrison Night Storage Units by Rodolfo Dordoni bring the Morrison storage system into the sleep zone with nightstands. The nightstand measures 90 x 50 cm (W x D).

Construction

The structure is 20 mm wood with the top assembled at 45° to the sides. Doors and drawers are 30 mm wood, drawers run on Blum Motion guides, and the metal handle has a glossy Pewter finish. A beveled perimeter defines the line of the doors and drawer fronts.

Size 90 x 50 cm (W x D). Fronts come lined in leather, in glossy lacquer in five colours, or in Tobacco stained open pore oak.

Custom-made thinking for the sleep zone

The Morrison storage system eschews the idea of mass production and explores the concept of custom-made. Its Night Storage Units extend that approach to the bedroom, with nightstands designed by Rodolfo Dordoni.

Oak, lacquer and leather

An open pore oak cabinet in Tobacco stain was introduced beside the existing Moka shade. Doors and drawer fronts can be leather-upholstered or glossy lacquered, and one version pairs Tobacco stained oak doors with a satin-finish Mud lacquered cabinet.
