Description
Overview
ZEITRAUM's page credits MORPH to "Design by Formstelle, 2009". The page says the way the legs are set gives the chair a unique posture, as though it stood on a support leg with a free leg beside it; the sculpturally formed sub-frame expresses the interplay of stability and dynamism, and the delicate look keeps the straightforward chair light and small in footprint.
Construction
The solid wood frame carries a light molded veneered wood shell, optionally with a padded seat, or a fully upholstered shell. The material line gives ash white oiled, oak, oak colour stain and American walnut. The frame is impregnated with natural hardwax oil, the oak colour stain is matt lacquered, and the seat is matt lacquered. The glides are Wagner QuickClick plastic gliders, with additional felt gliders enclosed.
