Story
Named after a flowering vine
The Morning Glory takes its name from the flowering vine, whose stems grow and wrap around each other to reinforce the structure of the plant. The spread petals of the vine form a canopy of surfaces that retain water, and this organic architecture inspired the table designed for Moroso.
Stems, petals and clusters
The table is designed to be arranged in clusters. Its three stems connect at the base in the manner of the vine's own organic structure, and its petals overlap to produce a multi-layered system of surface and colour.
