Description
Overview
Mondrian is a Poliform sofa system designed by Jean-Marie Massaud (2016 - 2021 on the page). Poliform describes a minimalist design with a graphic, modern look and strong architectural appeal, made for maximum freedom of composition. Its type is a modular sofa without joints, freely combinable, and the thin metal feet support a linear structure that seems suspended.

Construction
The structure is moulded flexible polyurethane. The seat cushion is flexible moulded polyurethane of differentiated thicknesses, pre-covered in cotton and feather fabric with bonded polyester fibre parts; the back cushion with roller uses cotton canvas with down-filled interiors and bonded polyester fibre. The headrest has a polyurethane cushion with a removable fabric cover and a removable leather structure. The final covering is fabric, or leather in a version that can be taken off. The feet are painted aluminium casting; the wooden coffee table and the backrests with shelf are veneered wood and wood-based panels.
