Description

Overview

Milton is formed by the juxtaposition of suspended geometric volumes and reduced heights. Rodolfo Dordoni gives the tables rounded corners and a contemporary, decorative reinterpretation of Seventies lines, in a combination of precious materials and organic geometries.

Construction

The frame has an MDF interior and an exterior of curved plywood covered with brushed oak veneer, lacquered Moka with open pores. The top is Zebrino marble or black pâte de verre, 15 mm thick, shaped to the frame and set partly into it, with 5 mm showing. The base is a contoured MDF interior lined with satin-finish metal foil varnished Bronze, with matt black adjustable metal feet and ABS glides.

Specifications

Overall size: 120 x 120 x H25 cm (round coffee table, Zebrino marble top).

Story

A floating frame

The recessed plinth in Bronze-painted satin metal turns the supporting structure into a seemingly floating element. A band in Moka-tainted brushed oak closes the frame, which holds a top in Zebrino marble or black pâte de verre.

Generous tops, low height

Because of their reduced height, the tables are not invasive in the living space despite the generous proportions of the tops. They function as decorative and functional island elements.
