Overview
Lucellino Table is the table lamp from Ingo Maurer's classic Lucellino series, dated 1992 on the product page and updated in 2022. Ingo Maurer GmbH says the winged light bulb floats above the table and captures attention. The new feature of the 2022 version is the Ambient LED bulb, developed specifically for the Lucellino series to get closer to the classic halogen bulb.
Construction
The materials are handcrafted wings made of goose feathers, glass, brass and plastic. The matte Ambient LED bulb operates at 12 V and, with the integrated LED power supply and a slider in the transparent cable, creates a warm light. The bulbs are manufactured exclusively for Ingo Maurer GmbH, come with the signature red soldered cable, and can be replaced by the user.

Story
The winged light bulb
Ingo Maurer GmbH's page describes Lucellino Table as the table lamp from the classic Lucellino series, with a winged light bulb that floats above the table and captures attention. The wings are hand-crafted from goose feathers, and the lamp also uses glass, brass and plastic.
From halogen to Ambient LED
The earlier Lucellino Table Halogen is dated 1992 on its page and is now discontinued; it used a 35 W halogen bulb produced exclusively for Ingo Maurer GmbH and only for use in the Lucellino family. The current version has the Ambient LED bulb developed specifically for the series. It combines the efficiency of an LED with the light quality and dimming behaviour of a halogen bulb.
