Louver

Overview

Louver is a coffee table by Rodolfo Dordoni for Minotti. A flared lacquered top rests on solid ash legs as if it were a tray, and the table comes in three round sizes and an oval one.

Construction

The top is low-profile MDF covered with a layer of cement for a wavy effect, in glossy lacquer, on a 12 mm laminated MDF and aluminium underpanel varnished matt black. Solid ash legs in an open-pore Licorice-colour lacquer stand on adjustable feet fitted with ABS glides.

Seventies reference

Minotti says Louver is clearly inspired by the 1970s, like the other pieces of the 2022 Collection. The lacquered top, in five colours, carries that reference, set against clean and minimal forms.

The most decorative coffee table

Minotti describes Louver as the coffee table of the collection with the most decorative inspiration, calibrated with a modernist taste through the thickness that runs around the whole perimeter of the top.
