Description

Overview

Liam coffee tables by Rodolfo Dordoni for Minotti adopt an architectural approach to design, expressed in rational shapes. They come in square and rectangular formats and in a range of sizes that can be used together.

Construction

The structure is 10 x 10 mm square tubular metal varnished in polished Pewter. Tops are Calacatta or Grigio Orobico marble at 20 mm, a 15 mm glass top in Black pâte de verre, or 15 mm MDF with brushed oak veneer in open-pore Moka lacquer. Most sizes include a lower shelf in brushed oak with the same Moka lacquer.

Specifications

Overall size: 40 x 40 x 40 cm (square coffee table without lower shelf).

Story

An airy volume with a thin frame

Minotti describes Liam as combining clean lines, exquisite materials and sophisticated finishes. The coffee tables are characterised by an airy structure of 1 cm square section, which gives the table a lightweight volume.

Tops that can be matched

The different sizes can be used together to design original configurations. Each can be paired with a top of a different material, and some elements add a lower surface for books, magazines and objects.
